Proposed construction of a 432 capacity student hostel – Nanyuki High School 2021

NANYUKI HIGH SCHOOL TENDER NOVEMBER 2021 

The Nanyuki High School invites interested contractors/Bidders to participate in the below tender.

Bidders MUST meet the following MANDATORY requirements supported by copies of requisite docu­ments) alongside other requirement contained in the tender documents.

1. CERTIFIED Certificate of Business Registration/lncorporation
2. CERTIFIED Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
3. KRA VAT / PIN registration certificate.
4. CERTIFIED Valid copy of N.CA 5 & above registration certificate plus valid practising licence
5. Duly signed & stamped Confidential Business Questionnaire (S33).
6. Duly filled, signed & stamped form offender.
7. Latest & Valid CR12 or National Identity card for sole proprietor.
8. Bid bond of 2% of the bid price which must remain valid for 180 days (after expiry offender validity period) from reputable bank or from PPRA accredited insurance company.
9. Clearly serialised bid document using page numbers
10. Attach copy of signed Pre tender site visit certificate (To be issued at the site)
11. CERTIFIED & Valid business permit.
12. Sworn affidavit on no previous litigation and submitted documents.

Interested bidders may inspect and obtain tender documents from the Bursars office Nanyuki High school during normal working hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm upon payment of a non – refundable fee of kshs. 1,000 to be deposited in the Nanyuki High School KCB account Nanyuki Branch Account Number.110313370

There shall be a mandatory pre-tender site visit and bid conference;

• From 12th November 2021 at Nanyuki High School at 10:00 am
• Complete tender documents in plain sealed envelopes, indicating clearly the Tender No. a~: the tender name to be placed in the tender box at the gate not later than 11.00 a.m. on 19^th  November 2021 addressed to:

THE CHAIRMAN, SCHOOL TENDER COMMITTEE,

P.O. BOX 233-10400,

NANYUKI.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The Tender Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and does not bind itself to accept the lowest bidder. Price quoted must be VAT inclusive.
