PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF A DORMITORY BLOCK AT NDURURI SEC SCHOOL
1. The Officer in Charge invites bids from eligible bidders for building works,during
2022/2023 Financial Year in Laikipia West Constituency, Laikipia
2. The tender is open to all eligible and interested Contractors/Tenderers Registered under Special
Groups-People Living with Disabilities Category.
3. Bidders can participate in several tenders; however, a bidder shall not participate in the
same tender individually and also as a Joint Venture.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information at Supply Chain
Management Offices Nyahururu Subcounty during office hours [0900to1500hours]
5. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the PPIP Portal or
www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to or cdflaikipiawest@ngcdf.go.ke)` to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
7. Tenders shall be quoted being Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain
valid for
150 days from the date of opening of tenders.
8. The Tenderer MUST chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted in
the order of 1,2,3,4, …
9. Tenders will be opened immediately at the NG CDF Boardroom.Tenders will be publicly
opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend.
