Kapkoiga Girls Secondary School invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the project indicated below:

Interested bidders may obtain a complete set of tender documents from the accounts office, Kapkoiga Girls Secondary School upon payment of a non-refundable fee as indicated above in cash or using Paybill No. 522123, Account No. 44548K followed by your name.

Interested bidders should note that only those who meet the criteria indicated below as minimum requirement supported by the relevant documents as at the time of submission will be considered for evaluation.

• Proof of current registration with the National Construction Authority (NCA 6 & above)
• Proof of similar works and their value undertaken in the last three years. Attach completion certificates)
• List and schedule of on-going works of similar nature, complexity and magnitude
• Proof/Evidence of ownership of relevant equipment and transport
• Evidence of personnel proposed for execution of the works and their detailed qualification and experience (attach copies of CVs and certificates).
• Reports of financial standing of the firm including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and audit reports for the last three years.
• Evidence of access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources.
• Dully filled and signed form of tenders
• Dully filled confidential business questionnaire.
• KRA pin certificate
• Valid tax compliance certificate
• Valid CR 12
• Power of attorney
• 2 % bid bond
• Litigation history

N/B: Contractor to attach sub-contractor’s proof of current registration with NCA 7 and above and their valid practicing licence. (Electrical and Mechanical Sub-contractors).

Completed tender documents with official receipts of fee paid in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with tender Name and Number and addressed or can be delivered to:-
