Interested eligible bidders should present the following;
- Certified copies of the certificate of incorporation, Pin, VAT and tax compliance certificate
- Prove of works of similar magnitude in the last 3 years
- Adequate equipment and personnel for the above type of work
- Proof of financial soundness
- NCA registration certificate category 6 and above
- Dully filled form of tender and business questionnaire
- Bid security Ksh.500,000.00 from a reputable bank or insurance company Complete tender documents can be obtained from the Society’s Office (Protection Hse Ground Floor) upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ksh. 2,000.00
There shall be a Site Visit on 14th March, 2022 as from 11 am in Acacia Estate, Kitengela, Opposite OLA Petro Station, Kajiado County
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes marked with the tender number and submitted in the same manner prescribed in the tender document shall be addressed to;

All Prices quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of tender.
Completed tender documents should be deposited in the tender box located in Protection Hse Ground Floor, Reception on or before 23rd MARCH 2022 at 12 noon. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers who may choose to attend.
Late Tenders Shall Not be Accepted and Will be Returned Unopened
