INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF A PERIMETER WALLING AND GUARD HOUSE WITH A CHANGING ROOM AT A LEVEL 3 HOSPITAL IN KAYOLE CENTRAL WARD RE-TENDER
The NAIROBI CITY COUNTY GOVERNMENT (NCCG) invites sealed tenders PROPOSED
CONSTRUCTION OF A PERIMETER WALLING AND GUARD HOUSE WITH A CHANGING
ROOM AT A LEVEL 3 HOSPITAL IN KAYOLE CENTRAL WARD RE-TENDER
Tendering will be conducted under National open competitive method using a standardized tender document
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents from 0900-1500hours at the address given below.
2. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested
tenderers upon payment of a non- refundable fees of (NOT APPLICABLE) in cash
or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may
alternatively be obtained electronically from the website www.nairobi.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke
3. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers
downloading documents from a designated website shall advise the Procurement
Entity that they have downloaded the tender documents, giving full contact addresses
of the tenderer (email, telephone number and postal address).
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.tenders.go.ke .Tenderers who download the tender document MUST forward their
particulars immediately to nairobiprocurement@gmail.com, to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
6 Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall
remain valid for 210 days from the date of opening of tenders.
7 All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Security of KSHS 200,000.00 from
a bank /financial institution or a Insurance Company registered in kenya
8 The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents
submitted.
9 Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 24TH JUNE ,

2024 at 11.00 AM (AS PER TENDER NOTICE) Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
10 There will be a Site visit at the Proposed Site on 19TH JUNE, 2024 (AS PER
TENDER NOTICE) at the Kayole Central ward office from10.00AM to 3.00PM.
11 Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below. 

12 The IFMIS system will automatically lock out at the time and date of tender closing .
completed tender documents are to be uploaded online vide negotiation number
491394-2023/2024 through the IFMIS suppliers portal-supplier treasury.go.ke and
also MUST SUBMIT an original and a copy to the tender box located at main City
Hall 4th floor room 400 ,Supply management office so as to be received on or before
20th May,2024 at 11.00AM
