THE NG-CDF VIHIGA TENDER 2021
| TENDER NOTICE |
The NG-CDF Vihiga in Vihiga County, invites sealed bids from interested bidders for the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF ADMINSTRATION & TUITION BLOCK AT KENYA MEDICAL TRAINING CENTRE (KMTC) IN VIHIGA CONSTITUENCY IN VIHIGA COUNTY TENDER NO.VIHG/NG-CDF/VMTC/001/2020-2021.
Complete bid documents shall be accompanied with the following:
- Certified copy of incorporation certificate
- Valid tax compliance certificate
iii. Valid copy of CR12 certificate
- Valid Certificate of Registration with NCA building category (6) and above
- Evidence of (3) samples of similar works completed (attach at least 3 completion certificate
- Dully filled and signed business questionnaire and form of tender, (attached in the BQ)
vii. Attach bid bond 2% of tender sum from a reputable valid for 120 days after tender closing date
viii. Schedule of key personnel
- Schedule owned or leased machineries and equipment
- Audited accounts for two latest financial years
- Current bank statement at least 6 months in the tenderers name
xii. Letter of credit
xiii. Tender sum must be within 10% (plus or minus) of the official estimates
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained from the NG-CDF Vihiga Constituency offices during normal working hours at Kshs. 1000 to be deposited in the NG-CDF Vihiga Constituency Account cooperative BankMbale ACC. NO.01141471496600
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelope marked with tender reference number addressed to NG-CDF Vihiga RO BOX 198-50310 Vihiga and deposited in the tender box at Vihiga NG-CDF offices on or before 27th April 2021 at 11.00am.
Tenders be closed/opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the NG-CDF Vihiga Boardroom at 11.00 am on 27th April, 2021.
