PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF ADMINISTRATION BLOCK AT MARY LEAKEY GIRLS’ HIGH SCH (PHASEI)
Mary Leakey Girls’ High School sealed bids from eligible bidders for Pre-Qualification of contractors for the construction of Administration Block. Interested eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding document upon payment of a non -refundable fee of Ksh 1,000.
The following conditions and documents are mandatory and shall form part of determination of responsiveness.
- Copy of Certification of Incorporation
- Copy of valid Tax Compliance.
- Copy of KRA Pin Certificate
- Copy of VAT Registration Certificate
- Registration with the National Construction Authority (NCA) Category 6 (Building and above.
- Proof of payment for Pre-Qualification document
- Copy of CR 12 with copies of Director’s IDs
- Detailed company profile showing adequate relevant equipment (owned or lease) and qualified personnel.
- Proof of similar work of similar magnitude
- Certified copy of audited financial report from a reputable firm for the last three years.

And must be dropped to the school tender box on or before Thursday 23rd March 2023 at 12.00 noon. Tender opening will be the same day at 12:00 noon
