1. THE ELDORET NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC invites sealed tenders for the construction of the PROPOSED
CONSTRUCTION OF AN ULTRAMODERN LIBRARY FOR THE ELDORET NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interestedTenderers.

3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0800hrs to 1700hrs atthe address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) https://www.tenp.ac.ke
or at the state PPIP portal. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website at www.tenp.ac.ke or Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to chiefprincipal@tenp.ac.ke and
procurementmanager@tenp.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum..
6. Tendersshall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes.Tendersshall remain valid for (154) days
fromthe date of opening oftenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security ofKES 7,000,000.
8. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 6th October, 2023 at 11.30am. Electronic
Tenders will not be permitted.
