ADVERTISEMENT FOR TENDER
The NYALI NG CDF invites interested contractors to participate in the below tenders:

QUALIFICATION FOR TENDERING MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
The following must be submitted together with the bid
1. Copy of Valid National Constructions Authority registration certificate and annual practicing license at least category 7 in building works (NCA-7).
2. Valid Bidder security/ Bid bond of Kshs 100,000.00 in form of bank guarantee from a reputable bank or PPOA authorized insurance company located in Kenya,
valid for at least 119 days from the date of bid opening.
3. Proof of Business Incorporation or Registration.
4. Proof of Tax Payer Registration (PIN /VAT).
5. Proof of Valid Tax Compliance.
6. Proof of having a Local Single Business Permit.
7. CR-12 Form.
8. Bidders must serialize sequentially all pages of the tender document plus attachments in the format of 1,2,3
9. Duly filled, signed and stamped Tender Form.
10. Filled Confidential Business Questionnaire

11. A Mandatory Pre tender site visit certificate signed and stamped
by NG CDF Nyali
12. Notification of mail if the document is downloaded from the web
site via email address cdfnyali@ngcdf.go.ke
Other Requirements
1. Similar previous experience where applicable
2. Professional and Technical Personnel (provide CVs for the employees)
3. Proof of Financial capacity
4. Any form of Canvassing will lead to disqualification
5. Detailed evaluation criteria is to be found in the tender document.
6. There shall be A mandatory pre-tender site on 25th June 2024 at FRERE TOWN HALL.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested contractors upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand only (Kshs. 1000) in cash.
7. Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked

NGCDF offices ON or BEFORE 02ND JULY,2024. Tenders shall be opened
immediately thereafter on the closing date in the presence of the tenderers
or their representatives who choose to attend the opening in the NGCDF
Boardroom, NYALI Offices.
