- Tender documents with detailed specifications and tendering conditions can be obtained from the Principal Office Kericho High School by the Interested eligible candidates and can obtain further information and inspect the tender documents during the normal working hours (8.00 to 1.00 p.m and 2.00 to 5.00 p.m). upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs.l,000/= in cash at the School Bursar’s Office per set of a tender document of which a receipt will be issued or a bankers cheque payable to Kericho High School.
- Bidders are advised to strictly follow the instructions of the tender documents.
- Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and the Prices quoted must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 140 days from the closing date of tender.

- Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Name and Reference Number be deposited in the Tender Box located outside the Principal office Kericho High School so as to be received on or before Thursday 3rd August 2023 At 10.00 Am.
- Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at Kericho High School Boardroom.
- There shall be a mandatory Site Visit/Pre-bid meeting on Wednesday 26th July, 2023 at 11.00 am .All tenderers will assemble at the Kericho High School. Site visit certificate will be issued on that day and time.
- Late tenders will be rejected.
