SPECIAL NOTES
The Contractor is required to check the numbers of the pages of these Bills of Quantities and should
he find any missing or in duplicate or figures indistinct he must inform the Office of Director Supply
Chain Management for County Government of Kisumu, Head Office, Prosperity House (Former
Provincial Headquarters 2nd Floor, Kisumu at once and have the same rectified.
Should the Contractor be in doubt about the precise meaning of any item or figure for any reason
whatsoever, he must inform the Office of Director Supply Chain Management in order that the correct
meaning may be decided before the date for submission of tenders.
No liability will be admitted nor claim allowed in respect of errors in the Contractor’s Tender due to
mistakes in the specifications, which should have been rectified in the manner, described above.
