INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF COUNTY ASSEMBLY LIBRARY BLOCK IN THE NEW COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF TURKANA

2. The COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF TURKANA invites sealed tenders for the construction of PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF COUNTY ASSEMBLY LIBRARY BLOCK IN THE NEW COUTHY ASSEMBLY OF TRKANA so us to reach them before 13thJune 2022
3. Tendering will be conducted through open National competitive . Tendering is open to all interested Tenderers NCA registered in Category “7” and above.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours [08.00 to 15.00 hours] at the procurement office
electronically from the Website(s)

Tender documents may be obtained manually from County Assembly of Turkana or
www.turkanaassembly.go.ke
documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.turkanaassembly.go.ke). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to Clerk@turkanaassembly.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (120) days from the date of opening of tenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “tender Security” of KSH 300,000 of the contract sum
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be physically to the tender box at the County Assembly of Turkana offices
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and times specified later.
11. The tenders to reach CAT not later Monday 13th June, 2022 and will be opened immediately at 10.00am before the representatives who wish to attend. Late tenders will be rejected.
