  1. The County Government of Kajiado invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the tender indicated in the table below.

 Proposed Construction of County Government of Kajiado Headquarter Complex at Kajiado Town NCA 1 for Building works
  1. Tendering will be conducted under open National competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Bidders.
  2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents from the Procurement Office, Kajiado County Headquarters, Adjacent to Kajiado County Assembly Offices, Kajiado Town, off Nairobi Namanga Highway during normal working hours.
  3. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded from the County Government of Kajiado website: www.kajiado.go.ke  or the Public Procurement Information Portal [PPIP] portal https://tenders.go.ke free of charge.
  4. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for [120] days from the date of opening of tenders.
  5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs. 10,000,000.00 [Kenya Shillings Ten Million Shillings Only].
  6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
  7. Completed Tenders are to be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with tender name and reference number must be addressed to the below, delivered and deposited in the Tender Box located at the Procurement Office, Kajiado County Headquarters, Adjacent to Kajiado County Assembly Offices, Kajiado Town, off Nairobi Namanga Highway on or before on Tuesday 28th  May, 2024 at 1100 hours East African Time (EAT). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids shall be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend in the Procurement Boardroom
