Proposed Construction of Deputy County Commissioner’s Office Block Mutitu Sub County

MINISTRY OF INTERIOR AND COORDINATION OF NATIONAL GOVERNMENT TENDER NOVEMBER 2021 

Eligible and qualified contractors are invited to bid for the following tenders: –

Bidders must be registered with NCA Category 7 and above. Valid Tax compliance certificate, incorporation certificate, CR12, and PIN Certificate. Proof is required for similar works and financial capacity and capabilities. A bid bond of 2% of the quoted sum from Bank, Insurance, Youth fund, Women fund or any other Institution recognized by PPOA is required.

Bid from the following tenderers will not be considered.

1. A tenderer whose on-going projects are behind schedule without proof of extension.
2. More than four on-going projects irrespective on their completion status.
3. A tenderer who has been served with default notice for on-going projects.

Interested bidders are required to inspect and obtain tender documents at the County procurement office during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 in cash or bankers cheque payable at the treasury (Mutitu Sub County). Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope marked with tender no. and project should be addressed: –

Or deposited in the tender box near the entrance to the Mutitu Sub County office Kitui County, so as to reach on or before 25th November, 2021 at 10.00 AM. Tenders will thereafter be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will not be accepted.
