PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF DIGITAL HUB (OPTION-2 IN LINE WITH MINISTRY’S GUIDE LINEJATELNURTOWN

NG-CDF ELDAS TENDER APRIL 2025 

Eldas National Government Constituency Development Fund Committee wishes to invite interested and eligible bidders/ firms for the following projects.

The following are mandatory requirements that must be submitted together with the bids:

1. a)Certified Copy of certificate of Registration/Incorporation .
2. b)Certified Copy of current and valid Tax Compliance Certificate (KRA Tax Checker].
3. c)Certified Copy of NCA Building, Electrical and Mechanical Registration/Practicing Certificate for Category 8 and above.
4. d)Certified Copy of CR12 with Copies of Director’s ID
5. e)Provide a Certified Copy of Valid and Upto date Single Year Business Permit
6. f)Dully filled, signed and stamped confidential business questionnaire.
7. g)Certified Copy of VAT and PIN Certificate.
8. h)Dully filled, signed and stamped form of tender.
9. i)Dully filled, signed and stamped Certificate of independent Tender Determination
10. j)The tender document must be sequentially serialized or paginated
11. k)Certified Copies of audited Accounts for the last three years.
12. l)Evidence of sound financial standing and access to bank credit
13. m)Provide bid bond/bid security of 2% of the bid sum from a reputable bank or authorized insurance Company.

Interested and eligible bidders may obtain bid documents free of charge from the Fund Account Manager, NG-CDF Eldas office during normal working hours between 8:00am-5:00pm.

The bid shall be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender number and deposited in the tender box situated at the respective institution so as to be received on or before Tuesday, 15^th  April, 2025 at 10:00AM.

Opening of the bids will take place immediately thereafter at the Boardroom in the respective institution in the presence of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend.
