Interested bidders can download the tender document from the county government of Tana river website(www.tanarivercounty.go.ke)and or from IFMIS tender portal: www.supplier.treasurygo.ke using number above for each tender.

The tenderers who may experience challenges in accessing and uploading their tenders in the IFMIS Supplier Portal should contact the IFMIS help desk (Tel: 0800721477) at the National treasury or con office at the county headquarters.

The applicants must have the following qualification:

Ø  Certificate of incorporation

Ø  Properly filled form of tender

Ø  Valid tax compliance certificate

Ø  NCA certificate of relevant category and current lisence

Ø  2% Bid bond from a reputable institution.

Ø  Current valid business permit

Ø  Fully filled, signed and stamped power of attorney.

Ø  Fully filled confidential business questionnaire.

Bids must be submitted through IFMIS supplier portal not later than 8th FEB 2021. The tender opening process will be on 8th FEB 2021 at 09:30am in the County Director of procurements Office in the p their representatives who choose to attend.

Bids submitted later than the closing date will be disqualified.
