AQUACULTURE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME(ABDP) 

Aquaculture Business Development Programme [ABDP] is a partnership between the Government of Kenya, and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD]. The Programme is expected to be completed in April 2026. It is implemented by Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, and cooperatives and supervised by IFAD. The objective of the programme is to increase the incomes, food security and nutritional status of the wider communities of poor rural households involved in aquaculture in the targeted Counties, with progress indicated by the percentage of beneficiaries reporting increased annual net income and the percentage increase in national annual fish consumption].

The Programme intends to use proceeds of the loan to construct a fish storage facility at Uhuru Business Park and Market Complex in Kisumu,

A prebid meeting will be held at the Uhuru Business Park and Market Complex in Kisumu, site on 4^th  March 2022 at 11.00 AM

Completed tender documents should be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender No. M0ALF/SDFA&BE/ABDP/NCB-W/2021-2022/02-01 and addressed to:

must be delivered to and deposited in the Tender Box situated on the Reception Area of ABDP Regional Coordination office Kisumu, located off Pipeline Road, and opposite Kenya Fisheries Service Offices on or before Friday, 11th March, 2022, at 11.00am.

Tenders will be opened at ABDP RCO Boardroom on Friday, 11^th  March, 2022, at 11.30 am
