TENDER INVITATION NOTICE
Samburu West NG-CDF invites Interested and Eligible Contractors Nationally to
participate in the below tenders

Proposed Construction of Gate House and Erection of Perimeter Wall Fence at Kenya
Medical Training College Maralal

SBUW/NGCDF/MRLKMTC/01/2022-2023

Bidders MUST meet the following requirements (supported by copies of requisite
documents) alongside other requirements contained in the tender documents.
1. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation/Registration.
2. Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
3. Copy of Valid National Construction Authority Certificate (NCA 7 or above for
Building Works)
4. Valid Copy of Current and valid Single Business Permit as of the submission
deadline.
Interested eligible candidates may obtain a complete tender document from Samburu
West NGCDF office located in Maralal Town near Samburu County Assembly offices,
during office working hours (8.00AM – 5.00PM) upon payment of non-refundable fee
of Kenya Shillings One Thousand (1000) only to be deposited to Samburu NG-CDF Bank
Account No. 1100276511144 – Equity Bank, Maralal Branch.
Applicants shall be checking the website for any updates or addendum
Completed Tender documents should be dropped in the NGCDF tender box located at
the Samburu West NG-CDF Office Located Maralal Town near Samburu County

Assembly offices and should be in plain sealed envelope, clearly marked with Tender
Name, Tender Number and addressed to:

So as to be received on or before 8
TH SEPTEMBER, 2023 at 10.00am. Opening of the
Tenders/bids will take place on 8TH SEPTEMBER, 2023 at 10.00am thereafter at the NGCDF Boardroom at Samburu West NG-CDF offices in presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
