NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CONSTITUENCIES DEVELOPMENT FUND BUDALANGI CONSTITUENCY TENDER 2020 

The National Government Budalangi Constituency Development Fund [NG-CDF] committee, wishes to invite interested eligible competent contractors from reputable companies/ firms in the below tenders

All submitted bids must be serialized by the bidder and attach the following documents

1. A certified copy of certificate of registration/incorporation
2. A certified copy of the company CR12 an ID copies of directors
3. A certified copy of a valid KRA PIN registration certificate
4. A certified copy of a valid Tax compliance certificate for the firm
5. A certified copy of last year’s audited books of accounts or the last six months banks statements
6. A certified valid copy of NCA 6 and above
7. A duly filled, stamped and signed tender documents
8. Evidence of similar works done for the last 3 years
9. A sworn affidavit confirming no litigation history

Tender documents with detailed specifications and tendering conditions can be obtained from the BUDALANGI NG-CDF office during normal working hours upon payment of anon-refundable fee of ksh. 1,000 in cash at the NG-CDF office per set of documents. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all government taxes. Completed bid documents should be addressed to;

And submitted/deposited in the tender box situated at NG-CDF offices in plain sealed envelopes marked tender name and tender number as to reach on or before 10^th December, 2020 at 11.00 am. Bids will be opened immediately after in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

N/B Note that there will be pretender visit on Wednesday 4th December, 2020 and all interested bidders to converge in the NG-CDF Offices Budalangi at 10.00am.
