Duly completed bid documents shall be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the “Tender Number” and “Tender Description” and addressed to;
MANAGING DIRECTOR,
P.O. BOX 30257 – 00100,
NAIROBI.
And be deposited in the Tender Box located on Ground Floor of N.H.C House, so as to be received on or before 4th November 2022 at 11:00 am and shall be valid for a period of 180 days after bid submission deadline.
Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend in the Conference Room located on 10th Floor of N.H.C House. Late bids will be rejected.
