TENDER INVITATION NOTICE
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF LIRHEMBE DISPENSARY IN IKOLOMANI CONSTITUENCY, KAKAMEGA COUNTY

1. Ministry of Health, The State Department for Public Health and Professional Standards, invites sealed tenders for
the construction THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF LIHREMBE DISPENSARY IN IKOLOMANI
CONSTITUENCY, KAKAMEGA COUNTY
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to allqualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents duringofficehours
0800 to1700hours attheaddressgivenbelow.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and obtained electronically from for the ministry website www.health.go.ke or
public procurement information portal; www.tenders.go.ke. free of charge. Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediatelyto facilitateanyfurther clarificationoraddendum. Tenders
may also obtained hard copy of the tender document for the head of supply chain management services,
Ministry of Health, State Department of Public Health and Professional Standards, Room 514,5th floor, Afya
House, upon payment of nonrefundable fee of ksh.1000, payable at the cash office located in the second-floor
room no.28 during normal working hours from 8.00am to 5.00pm.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 126 days
fromthe dateofopening oftenders.
6. All Tender must be accompanied by a tender security of Ksh 300,000.00 (Kenya shillings Three Hundred
Thousand) from a reputable bank approved and licensed by Central Bank of Kenya or provide a guarantee by
an insurance company registered and licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority listed by the authority.
7. The tender security shall be valid for 156 days from the date of tender opening pursuant to ITT19.
8. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender TheTenderershall chronologicallyserialize all pages
ofthe tender documentssubmitted.
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 15th April, 2025 at 11.00am. Kenya
time. ElectronicTenders will not bepermitted.

Services, on 5th floor room 514, at the ministry of health, Afya House, Cathedral Road - Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and times
specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend atthe address below. - Late tenderswillberejected.
