North Mugirango National Government Constituency Development Fund invites tenders from eligible contractors for the proposed construction of Magwagwa Division Administration block Complex:

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

1. A certified copy of the National Construction Authority Certificate [Building works)NCA6 and above
2. A certified copy of Business Registration/ Certificate of Incorporation
3. A certified copy of current and valid tax compliance certificate
4. Certified copy of Business Permit
5. Provide 1% bid bond of contract price from a reputable bank or approved insurance company
6. A certified copies of Audited Financial Report from a reputable firm for the latest successive three years but not later than 2020
7. A certified copy of CR12 with copies of Directors IDs cards, Completely filled in and Stamped , confidential Business Questionnaire, Form of tender, Disclosure of interest Form, certificate of independent Tender Determination, Form SD1 And SD2
8. Proof of similar works of similar magnitude within the last two years
9. The Bid document must be serialized
10. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and remain valid for a period of 120 days from the day of opening the bids

Interested bidders may obtained the bid documents from the North Mugirango NG-CDF offices at Ekerenyo during normal working days upon payment of non-refundable kshs 1,000 payable to the North Mugirango National Government Constituency Development Fund Account held at Equity bank Nyamira Branch
