- The NAIROBI CITY COUNTY GOVERNMENT (NCCG) invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED
CONSTRUCTION OF MODERN KIOSKS IN HURUMA WARD-RETENDER. - Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tender method using a standardized tender document for small
works.
Tendering is RESERVED for AGPO.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents from
09001500hours at the address given below.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded from both the IFMIs and ppip portal. www.tenders.go.ke.
5. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 140 days from
the date of opening of tenders.
6. Tenderers must provide a fully filled TENDER SECURING DECLARATION
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted
8. Completed tender document (ONE COPY ORIGINAL) must be delivered to the address below on or before 11th
April 2025 at 11:00a .m and MUST SUBMIT an ELECTRONIC bid document on the IFMIS Portal at the same
time. NOT SUBMITTING ON IFMIS PORTAL WILL LEAD TO AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time
specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who
choose to attend at the address below
