4. Prices quoted Must be in Kenya Shillings inclusive of all taxes, all other relevant costs and shall remain valid for 189 days from the closing date of the tender.
5. A Site Visit for the proposed project shall be held on 23rd February, 2023, at 10.00am. Bidders shall assemble at the County Supply Offices, located at the County Yard (Fire Station) – Kitale at 9.30am for registration.
6. Completed tenders must be submitted electronically through the IFMIS Portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke so as to be received on or before 27^th  February, 2023 at 9.00am. Bidders shall also submit in hard copy an original of their tender documents which should be deposited in the tender box located at the County Yard behind Kitale Police Station, on or before 27th February, 2023 at 9.00am on the closure date.
