INVITATION TO TENDER
Kapenguria Water and Sewerage Service Limited (KAWASES) has received funding from WaterFund towards development of and management of
water and sanitation services in the marginalized and underserved areas. Kapenguria Water and Sewerage Service Limited now invite sealed bids
from eligible tenderers for:

All Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents during office hours 0900 hours to 1600 hours
from Monday to Friday excluding lunch hour (1300 to 1400hours) and public holidays. Kindly note that there shall be a Mandatory Pre-tender site
visit meeting on 4th March, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Company Offices in Kapenguria.
A complete set of tender documents shall be downloaded for free from West Pokot County Government website www.westpokot.go.ke/Public
Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke and immediately email the firm’s name and contacts details to kewasco@yahoo.com for
records and communication for any tender clarifications or addenda.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Name and Reference Number and deposited in the
Tender Box at the KAWASES Boardroom addressed as below so as to be received on or before 12th March, 2024 at 11.00a.m EAT. Tenders will be
opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
