The County Government of Homabay through the Department of Trade, Industry, Tourism, Cooperative Development and Marketing invites bids from interested and eligible firms to bid for the following Tenders Funded by the county Government under flagship projects.

Interested bidders should access the documents through the following websites

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS.

1. A copy of business registration certificate/certificate of incorporation
2. A copy of Valid single business permit     
3. A copy of valid tax compliance certificate
4. Registration with the National Construction Authority [NCA ] in the category of Building works
5. Bid bond of 2% of the bid sum from a reputable financing institution or an insurance firm [for the citizen contractors]
6. Dully filled, signed and stamped Form of tender prepared on supplier’s letter head clearly showing the tenderers complete name and business address
7. Confidential business questionnaire duly filled and signed
8. A copy of CR12for limited company and for Sole proprietor & Partnership companies to provide copies of directors I.D]
9. Attach relevant AGPO Certificates for the youths and women, for’ PWD Attach certificate of registration with National council for people living with disabilities.
10. Dully filled, signed and stamped Certificate of Independent Tender Determination Form
11. Dully filled, signed and stamped Self Declaration Form SD2
12. Dully filled, signed and stamped Declaration and Commitment to the code of ethics Form
13. Written declaration letter signed and stamped by attorney/commissioner for oaths that the firm/person/tenderers is not guilty of violation of fair employment laws and practices
14. Written declaration letter signed and stamped by attorney/commissioner for oaths that the firm/person/tenderers , is not debarred from participating in procurement proceedings
15. Tender document MUST be sequentially Paginated/serialized/numbered on each page including all the attachment

NOTE:

Canvasing is highly discouraged and may lead to automatic disqualification.

Failure to comply with any of these requirements will lead to disqualification of the tender.

Prices quoted should be net, inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid period [120] days from the closing date of the tender.

Complete tender document should be submitted through the supplier portal: supplier.treasury.go.ke  on or before 5^th April  2023. Original bid security must be delivered to Homa Bay County Supply Chain Management Office during normal office hours before the closing date.
