The applicants must have the following.
- Tender confidential business questionnaire form (duly filled, signed and stamped).
- Form of tender (duly filled, signed and stamped).
- Bill of quantities (duly filled, signed and stamped). 4. Certificate of incorporation
- VAT / PIN certificate.
- Valid tax compliant certificate from KRA
- Valid NCA certificate of category 7 Building works
- Valid Annual NCA Contractor Practicing License
- Bid bond of 2% of tender price from a reputable bank/microfinance institution/insurance company.
- Details of similar works completed within five years.
- Sound financial standing (Audited accounts for the last three years
- Name, qualification and experience of key personnel.
- Evidence of Building Equipment ownership/lease agreement.
