TENDER INVITATION NOTICE
Ruaraka NG-CDF invites Interested and Eligible Contractors to participate in the below tender

Bidders MUST meet the following requirements (supported by copies of requisite documents) alongside
other requirements contained in the tender documents.
1. Copy of certificate of incorporation/Registration.
2. Copy of valid tax Compliance certificate.
3. Copy of valid National Construction Authority Certificate.
4. Valid Copy of Trading /Business Permit.
Interested bidders may inspect and obtain a complete set of tender documents from Ruaraka NG-CDF
Office situated at Mathare North DO’s Office Outering Road upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Kenya Shillings One Thousand (1000) only to be deposited to Ruaraka NG-CDF Bank Account N0.

There shall be a Mandatory Pre-tender site Visit on 9th February, 2024 at 9.00 am at the respective sites.
Tenders in plain sealed envelopes, marked tender number and bearing no indication of the tenderer
should be addressed to; –

and placed in the Tender Box at Ruaraka NGCDF office on or before 14th February, 2024 at 10.00am.
Submitted bids will be opened soon after the above closing date and time in the presence of the
tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
