INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER WALL AT NJIRU MARKET

1. The NAIROBI CITY COUNTY GOVERNMENT (NCCG) invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED
CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER WALL AT NJIRU MARKET
2. Tendering will be conducted under National open competitive method using a standardized tender
document.
3. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers category NCA 7 and above
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours FROM 9.00AM to 4.30PM at the address given below.
5. Tender documents may be obtained electronically free of charge from the website
www.nairobi.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke
6. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain
valid for 140 days from the date of opening of tenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Security of Kshs. 100,000
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 25TH MARCH,
2024, at 11:00 a.m.
10. The IFMIS system will automatically lock out at the time and date of tender closing. Completed tender
documents are to be uploaded online vide negotiation number……………….through the IFMIS
supplier portal – supplier.treasury.go.ke and also MUST SUBMIT an Original and a copy to the tender
box located at the City Hall 4th Floor, Room 400 Supply Chain Management Office so as to be
received on or before 25Th March 2024. Bidders who will not submit their bids in the IFMIS
PORTAL will be disqualified for further evaluation.
11. Site visit is not Mandatory.
12. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
13. Late tenders will be rejected.
