INVITATION TO TENDER
THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KIAMBU -DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES invites sealed tendersfor
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER WALL AT RUIRU HOSPITAL BIASHARA WARD, RUIRU SUB COUNTY.
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document.
Tenderingis open to all qualified and interestedTenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 8.00A.M TO 5.00 PM at the address given below.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested bidders from the county
websitewww.kiambu.go.ke,www.tenders.go.ke and also online vide IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTALwww.supplier.treasury.go.ke. Once you have logged in the supplier portal, you search for the respective negotiation number.(search published negotiation>select number>type the number>click Go). Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (insert email, telephone and postal
address) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and
shall include all taxes.Tendersshall remain valid for 126 days fromthe date of openingoftenders.
4. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted.
5. Completed tenders shall be submitted manually.
6. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
time specified later. 9th NOVEMBER 2023. 10:00AM
7. Late tenderswill be rejected.
