Tenders that do not meet the mandatory criteria stated in the tender document shall be treated as NON-RESPONSIVE and therefore subject to automatic disqualification.
Tenders in CATEGORY A should be submitted through the IFIMIS Supplier Portal and Original Bid Bond be deposited at the Tender Box before the Closing date.
Tenders in CATEGORY B secured in plain sealed envelopes and marked “Tender Number and Tender Name” should be deposited in the Tender Box placed at the reception of the Assembly so as to be received on or before December 1,2021 at 10.00 am and be addressed to;

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the Assembly Boardroom in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
