TENDER NAME: PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF PHASE II OF THE TUITION BLOCK (LABOUR ONLY CONTRACT)
St. Mary’s School Yala invites sealed tenders for the proposed construction of Phase II of the Tuition block (LABOUR ONLY CONTRACT).
The works shall consist of:
- Main building works
- Electrical works
- Mechanical works
Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect tender documents at the school’s procurement office, during normal working hours.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 in cash.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for (120) days from the closing date of tender.
Interested candidates MUST provide the mandatory documents as stated in the Evaluation Criteria in the tender documents.
The completed tender documents enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender name and reference number to be addressed to:

And be deposited in the tender box located at the school’s reception or to be mailed so as to be received on or before 9th June at 10:00 am.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the school in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
NOTE: the school reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and is neither bound to accept the lowest priced tender nor to give reason thereof.
