Interested eligible bidders may inspect and obtain compete set of bidding documents from the office Ainabkoi NG-CDF,located at Eldoret East DCC Compound.
During office hours from 08:00-15:00 local time on Mondays to Fridays. Bid documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non- refundable fee of Kenya Shillings l,000.00(0ne Thousand), payable to account Number 0300278493051,EquityBank,Eldoret Branch. Acknowledgement receipt shall be issued upon production of the deposit slip.
A complete set of bid documents in plain envelope clearly marked the contract No;contract description without the name & address of the Bidder, shall be returned to the address below and deposited in the Tender Box, located at the entrance of the Ainabkoi NG-CDF,located at Eldoret East DCC Compound, on or before Tuesday February 02,2021 at 10:00am.Bid shall be opened immediately after the closing date and time. Bidders or their representatives able to attend are welcome.
