NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CONSTITUENCY DEVELOPMENT FUND

TENDER NOTICE

Alego Usonga-National Government Constituencies Development Fund invites sealed tenders from interested, eligible bidders for the construction of the proposed construction of 1 storey Tuition & Administration block at Ambrose Adeya Adongo Secondary School for the financial year 2022/2023.

Requirements

The tenderers MUST meet the following MANDATORY requirements

  1. i)Provide certified copy of certificate of incorporation in the name of the company certified by commissioner of oaths.
  2. ii)Attach Valid NCA certificate and NCA practicing license category 5 and above certified by| commissioner of oaths.

iii)    Provide copies of KRA Pin, VAT certificate and valid tax compliance certificate in the name of the     company.

  1. iv)Provide original certified copy of CR12.
  2. v)Attach certified copies of National Identity card of the company directors/ proprietors.
  3. vi)Submit Tender Security of 1.5% of the bid price valid for 120 days from the date of tender opening.

vii)  Details and evidence of experience in work of similar nature and size undertaken in the last three years giving certificates of practical completion and details of clients who may be contacted for further information.

viii)  Tender form and confidential business questionnaire must be fully filled by authorized person.

  1. ix)Provide qualifications and experience of key technical personnel and undertaking that they shall be available for the proposed works.
  2. x)Provide evidence of adequacy of working capital for the proposed works (access to line(s) of credit and availability of other financial resources

Complete detailed tender documents may be obtained physically at NG-CDF Office complex along Rabango road during normal working days upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1,000 (Kenya shillings One thousand] only.

Complete tender document must be enclosed in plain, envelope clearly marked with Tender name and tender No. and be deposited in the Tender Box at the NG-CDF Office and addressed as:-

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the NG-CDF Boardroom in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.

Prices quoted must be inclusive of all government taxes and should remain valid during the whole contract period.

Alego usonga National Government Constituency Development Fund Reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without giving reasons for rejection and does not bind itself to the lowest or any tender.
