NG- CDF NANDI HILLS TENDER 2020 

The Nandi hills NG-CDF invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for construction works as follows

The projects shall be financed by NG-CDF, Nandi Hills Constituency. Interested eligible bidders MUST attach the following documents: –

• Company Registration with the relevant Authorities.
• Bid Bond of Kshs. 2.00,000 valid for 30 days beyond the tender validity period from a reputable commercial bank in Kenya ^ ‘
• Proof of current registration with NCA 6 as stated above.
• Current NCA Practicing License.
• Copy of P.I.N Certificate.
• Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
• CR12 from the registrar of companies.
• Proof of similar works and their value undertaken in the last three years [Attach Completion Certificates].
• Evidence of access to credit lines from financial institutions and availability of other financial resources.
• Audited Accounts for the last three years [Attach the latest two [2] years bank statement.
• The Tenderer should not have had any litigation history there before.
• A list of ongoing major projects, their value, location, contact person and status.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at the Procurement Offices of the respective schools during working hours.

Complete set of tender document may be obtained by interested bidders upon a payment of a non-refundable fee as indicated above in cash or banker’s cheque payable to the respective schools Interested bidders should note that only those who meet the criteria indicated above as minimum requirement supported by their relevant documents as at the time of submission will be considered for further evaluation:

Completed Tender Documents with official receipt for the fee paid attached are to be Enclosed in plain sealed envelope without the slightest indication of the bidder’s identification, clearly marked with Tender Name and Number, addressed or delivered to: –
