The Board of Management of the Chemundu Secondary School invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for construction works as follows:

A complete set of tender document may be obtained by interested bidders upon a payment of a non-refundable fee as indicated above in cash or banker’s cheque payable to Chemundu Secondary School, P.O. BOX 562- 30300 KAPSABET.
Interested bidders should note that only those who meet the criteria indicated below as minimum requirement supported by the relevant documents as at the time of submission will be considered for further evaluation:
- Company Registration with the relevant Authorities
- 2% Bid Bond of the Bid Sum from a reputable commercial bank in Kenya
- Proof of current registration with NCA as stated above
- Current NCA Practicing Licence
- Copy of P.l.N Certificate
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- Proof of similar works and their value undertaken in the last three years [Attach Completion
- Certificates]
- Evidence of access to credit lines from financial institutions and availability of other financial
- resources
- Audited Accounts for the last three years
- The Tenderer should not have had any litigation history there before
- A list of ongoing major projects, their value, location, contact person and status
Completed Tender Documents with official receipt for the fee paid attached are to be Enclosed in plain sealed envelope without the slightest indication of the bidder’s identification, clearly marked with Tender Name and Number, addressed or delivered to:-

or deposited in the Tender box at Chemundu Secondary School, so as to reach the above signed on-or before June 3rd, 2021 at 12:00 Noon.
Received Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend in the School Boardroom.
