PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF THE NANDI CO-OPERATIVE CREAMERIES KABIYET, PHASE III WORKS
1. The Department of Agriculture and Co-Operative Development, County Government Of Nandi invites sealed
tenders for the construction of the Proposed Construction of the Nandi Co-Operative Creameries Kabiyet,
Phase III Works
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below.

4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a
non- refundable fees of Zero in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Not
Applicable (N/A) Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s)
www.nandicounty.go.ke and The Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP). Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website ) www.nandicounty.go.ke
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
info@nandicounty.go.ke or P.O.Box 802-30300 Kapsabet to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (90)
days from the date of opening of tenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of 1,200,000/- or Tender-Securing Declaration for the
preference and reservation groups of Women, Youth and Persons living with disabilities.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be submitted electronically through IFMIS Negotiation No. 965832 on or before
3rd June, 2022 at 10.30am Electronic Tenders will be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened electronically immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and times pecified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below at the boardroom of the Chief Officer,
Department of Agriculture and Co-operative development Headquarters, Alone Showground Road Opposite
township primary School P.O.Box 802-30300 Kapsabet.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
