IFMIS Supplier Portal: (www.supplier.treasury.go.ke). The IFMIS negotiation number is 840035 and 840044 respectively, PPIP Portal (www.tenders.go.ke) free of charge. Prices quoted should be Net Inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for (120) days from the closing date of tender.
Completed hard copies of the tender document MUST be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender name and reference number and deposited in the Tender Box at Procurement Office of Kajiado County Assembly or to be addressed to

so as to be received on or before Monday 25th January, 2021 at 12:00 noon. Interested Tenderers MUST also scan and submit their tender document in PDF format through the IFMIS Supplier Portal on or before Monday 25th January, 2021 at 12:00 noon.

Tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at Kajiado County Assembly Premises.
