INVITATION TO TENDER

PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF TRANS NZOIA COUNTY HEADQUARTERS

TENDER NO:1247548-2022/2023

  1. The County Government of Trans Nzoia invites sealed tenders for the proposed construction of Trans Nzoia County Headquarters.
  2. Prospective candidates may obtain further information/details, view and download tender documents free of charge at the County’s website www.transnzoia.go.ke and also at the public procurement information portal www.tenders.go.ke.
  3. Prices quoted Must be in Kenya Shillings inclusive of all taxes, other relevant costs and shall remain valid for 189 days from the closing date of the tender.
  4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs.2,000,000/= (Kenya Shillings Two Million Only).
  5. A pre-tender meeting/site visit shall be held on Tuesday 2nd May, 2023, at 10.00am. Bidders shall assemble at the County Supply Offices, located at the County Yard (Fire Station) – Kitale at 9.30am for registration.
  6. Completed set of tender documents shall be submitted both electronically through the supplier’s portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke  and manually deposited in the tender box on or before Friday, 5th May, 2023 at 3.56pm
