TENDER NO: NGHS/CONS.01/2022 PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF TWO STOREY – 750 CAPACITY DORMITORY – PHASE ONE
The management wishes to invite bids for the above project.
Interested bidders are required to have;
- Certified company certificate of registration
- Certified KRA certificate
- Certified Valid tax compliance certificate
- Certified minimum NCA 7 certificate specific to building works
- Proof of completed similar works in the last four [4] years
- Certified recent audited accounts and bank statement for the last 6 months
- Bid bond from a reputable bank of 2% tender sum
- Certified NCA valid contractor practice license for 2022
- CR12 certified [not more than 6 months old from closing date.
- Tender documents are obtainable from the accounts office upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 1000.00 (One Thousand only] per item deposited in the school account No 1108-224-512 KCB -Sondu Branch
- Only completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes for each tender item clearly marked with tender number and addressed to the undersigned should be placed in the tender box outside the Administration office on or before 21st November, 2022 before 5.00pm.
- Tender opening will take place on 22nd November, 2022 at 10.00am in the Domestic Science room.Applicants are invited to witness the opening. Please ensure that a copy of the receipt issued when purchasing the tender documents] from the school is enclosed.
- All prices should be inclusive of Government taxes where applicable.PWLD, Youth and Women must produce the required registration documents.
- The School Board of Management reserves the right to accept or reject any tender either in whole or in part without any reason. Youth, Women and people living with disability are encouraged to apply.
