TENDER INVITATION NOTICE

Maasai Mara University invites interested and eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the construction of
proposed University Library Phase 1 at Maasai Mara University, Narok County

For more information on the tender, bidders may view and download the bidding document from
Maasai Mara University website: www.mmarau.ac.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal,
www.tenders.go.ke or Treasury portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke and immediately forward their particulars for record and for the purpose of receiving any further tender clarifications and/or addendums to
procurement@mmarau.ac.ke.
Complete tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference
number and be deposited in the Tender Box at the entrance to Senate Boardroom at Maasai Mara
University or be addressed to:

P.O. Box 861 – 20500,
NAIROBI.
So as to be received on or before 13th December, 2023 at 12.00hours (noon).
Submitted bids will be opened publicly in the Senate Boardroom soon after the above stated closing date
and time in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be
returned unopened.
