1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document.
Tenderingis open to all qualified and interestedTenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 8.00A.M TO 5.00 PM at the address given below.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested bidders from the county
websitewww.kiambu.go.ke,and www.tenders.go.ke. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall
include all taxes.Tendersshall remain valid for 126 days fromthe date of openingoftenders.
4. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted.
5. Completed tenders original and copy shall be submitted manually.
6. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
