Interested bidders can view/obtain the tender document from the County Government of Tana River website www.tanarivercounty.go.ke and /or the IFMIS tender portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke using the unique IFMIS negotiation number given above.

N/B: Hard copies will not be accepted

Interested bidders should note that only those meeting the criteria indicated below as a minimum, supported by relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation.

  1. Dully Certified Copy of registration/incorporation certificate
  2. Dully Certified Valid Tax compliance certificate
  3. Dully Certified Copy of registration certificate,
  4. Dully filled form offender
  5. Bid Security (from approved institutions, proper validity period,
  6. Minimum litigation history, (sworn affidavit to be provided)
  7. Dully filled and signed confidential business questionnaire form
  8. NCA Certificate of relevant categories
  9. Must attain valid business permit issued by Tana River County Government

Bidders MUST submit their application through the IFMIS Ports not later than 15TH April 2021. Tenders will be opened on 15th April, 2021 at 11.00 am at the Tana River County Government office in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late tenders will be returned unopened
