QUALIFICATION FOR TENDERING MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
The following must be submitted together with the bid
- Certified copy of certificate of incorporation
- Copy of valid annual practicing license and registration certificate with NCA in the classes specified above
- Certified copy of PIN Certificate
- Valid tax compliance certificate(will be verified on the KRA TCC Checker)
- Certified copy of recent CR12 Form
- National ID /Passport of directors
- Valid single business permit from any county
- Form of tender correctly filled, signed and stamped
- Confidential business questionnaire correctly filled, signed and stamped
- Certificate of independent tender determination correctly filled, signed and stamped
- Bidders must serialize sequentially all pages of the tender document plus attachments
- A Mandatory Pre tender site visit certificate signed and stamped by NG CDF Msambweni
Other Requirements
- Similar previous experience where applicable
- Professional and Technical Personnel (provide CVs for the employees)
- Proof of Financial capacity
- Any form of Canvassing will lead to disqualification
- Detailed evaluation criteria is to be found in the tender
- There shall be A mandatory pre-tender site visit as follows

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested contractors upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand only (Kshs. 1000) in cash
- Duly filled tender documents in an enclosed plain envelope marked with tender number may be deposited in the tender Box situated at the NG-CDF MSAMBWENI office along Lunga-Lunga likoni road next to Millennium Park Podges Ukunda or addressed to NG-CDF MSAMBWENI O. BOX 243-80400 UKUNDA, so as to be received on or before 18TH Sept 2024 at 10.00.am. Prices quoted must be net inclusive of all applicable taxes and should be expressed in Kenyan Shillings and should remain valid for 210 days from the closing date.
