INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION TO COMPLETION OF MAGARINI SUB-COUNTY HEADQUARTERS

TENDER NUMBER-MGRN/NG-CDF/2640507/2023-2024-19 
1. The NG-CDF MAGARINI invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION TO
COMPLETION OF MAGARINI SUB-COUNTY HEADQUARTERS
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
In case this tender is subject to a Reservation, specify the Group that is eligible to tender, i.e. tendering is open to
e.g. all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with………………………”.
Incase this tender is subject to Multiple contracts/lots, insert “Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one
or more Lots”.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours [insert office hours if applicable e.g. 0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given below.
4. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) Public Procurement Information
Portal. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website Public Procurement Information
Portal. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to NG-CDF
Magarini Offices, Gongoni opposite ACC’s office to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 180
days from the date of opening of tenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “tender Security” of Kshs. 460,000 (Four Hundred and Sixty Thousand
Shillings only)
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 am on 8th October, 2024.
Electronic Tenders [will not] be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
times pecified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
