Pemwai Girls High School invites sealed bids from eligible contractors who meet the below requirements for the following proposed construction of Tuition Block.
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION TO COMPLETION OF TUITION BLOCK
TENDER NO. PGHS/T/14/2020-2021
Interested bidders shall be required to furnish the procuring Entity with the following information as minimum criterion for submission of a bid for this works, supported by the relevant documents as follows: –
- Valid Tax compliance certificate
- Copies of certified certificates of registration. Incorporation
- NCA 6 and above
- Valid NCA practicing license and certificate
- Proof of similar works undertaken for the last 5 years
- Proof of adequate equipment and personnel
- Attach copy of trade licensee
- Sound financial standing
- Audited account for the last 3years
- Current CR12
- Provide a Bid Bond /Bid security from a bank or approved insurance firm recognized by PPOA of 2% of the contract sum.
Must comply with any other condition outlined in the tender document
Interested eligible bidders may obtain the tender documents from the school accounts office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ksh.2000 [Two thousand only) during the normal working hours.
Completed Bid document duly serialized in all pages or numbered in all pages in including all documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed enveloped marked with bid reference number and should be addressed to;

To be deposited in the tender Box at Administration block 1st floor next to the accounts office or send by post so as to reach the above address not later than 29th July 2020 at 11.00 AM upon which bids will be opened immediately after closing date and time in the Principal’s office in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
