PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION WORKS AT VARIOUS SECONDARY SCHOOL, WAJIR WEST CONSTITUENCY

NG-CDF WAJIR WEST CONSTITUENCY TENDER JANUARY 2024 

Wajir West National Government Constituency Development Fund Committee wishes to invite interested and eligible bidders/firms for the following projects.

The following are mandatory requirements that must be submitted together with the bids:

1. a)Certified Copy of Certificate of Registration/lncorporation.
2. b)Certified Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate (KRA Tax Checker].
3. c)Certified Copy of Registration Certificate with NCA Category 7 and above.
4. d)Certified Copy of Single Business Permit.
5. e)Dully filled Confidential Business Questionnaire.
6. f)Certified Copy of VAT and PIN Certificate.
7. g)Dully filled form offender.
8. h)Provide bid bond/ bid security of 5% of the bid sum from a reputable bank or authorized insurance Company.

The Principal Arbajahan Secondary School for AASS/001/2023-2024

The Principal, Hadado Secondary School for ASS/001/2023-2024

The Principal, Waso Girls Secondary School for KSS/001/2023-2024

during normal working hours between 8:00am-5:00pm.

The bid document be obtained by interested firms upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 (One Thousand shillings only] in form of Banker’s Cheque payable to the respective institutions as stated above. Please note that any bid submitted without the official receipt will be rejected.

The bid shall be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender number and deposited in the tender box situated at the respective schools so as to be received on or before Monday, 15th January 2023 at 10:00AM.

Opening of the bids will take place immediately thereafter at the staff room in the respective schools in the presence of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend.
