TAVEVO Water and Sewerage Company Limited, a Water Service Provider licensed by Water Services Regulatory Board [WASREB] and fully owned by the County Government of TAITA TAVETA has received funds from Water Sector Trust Fund (WSTF], a State Corporation under the Ministry of Water & Sanitation and Irrigation for the construction works for KALOLENI Water Supply Project.
The company now invites sealed tenders for the Proposed Construction Works for KALOLENI Water Supply Project in TAITA TAVETA COUNTY. Construction period will be 3 Months with a Defect Liability Period of 2 Months. The Works will be done AT KALOLENI in VOL
- Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tender method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
- Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours (8:00am to 5:00pm] from Monday to Friday except on public Holiday at the address given below.
- A complete set of Tender document may be viewed and downloaded for free from the company website www.tavevowater.co.ke . - Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 119 days from the date of opening of tenders.
- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted and include TABLE OF CONTENTS.
- Duly completed tender document should be submitted in a plain sealed outer envelope enclosing separately sealed envelopes (in “ORIGINAL” and “COPY”] clearly marked Tender Ref No: TV0/TVT/T/CW/006/2023/2024 and Tender Name: Proposed Construction works for KALOLENI Water Supply Project In TAITA TAVETA COUNTY and shall be addressed to the address indicated below and be deposited in the Tender Box located at the procurement Office so as to be received on or before Monday, 11th March, 2024 at 11.00 A.M. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
- All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs.1,000,000.00 (Kenya Shillings One Million Only] which shall be valid for further 30 days after the expiry of tender validity.
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday, 11th March, 2024 at 11.00 A.M. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
- Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the Company Boardroom, TAVEVO Water and Sewerage Company Limited, Head Office in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who wish to attend.
