MINISTRY OF INTERIOR AND COORDINATION OF NATIONAL GOVERNMENT TENDER JANUARY 2022 

The Government of Kenya through the Ministry of Interior and coordination of National Government invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the:

1. PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION WORKS FOR TO THE ASSISTANT COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S OFFICE BLOCK, KIRITIRI DIVISION, MBEERE SOUTH SUBCOUNTY, EMBUCOUNTY.

interested Contractors may obtain tender documents from the Supply Chain Management Office at the Deputy County commissioner’s office Mbeere South upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs2,000 to be paid in cash at the cash office before 4.00pm on normal working days or inform of banker’s cheque payable to Deputy County commissioner Mbeere South.

Interested bidders should note that only those meeting the criteria indicated below as a minimum, supported by relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation.

The mandatory conditions to be complied with are=-

1. a)Copy of Valid tax compliance certificate
2. b)Valid NCA Reg. certificates and NCA practicing license. (NCA6andabove)
3. c)Valid Business Permit
4. d)Evidence of experience in works of similar nature
5. e)Bid security from a reputable bank or PPRA approved insurance firm, of Kshs2% of the tender sum valid for One hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of tender opening.
6. f)Copy of CR12
7. g)Proof of financial capacity
8. h)All the submitted documents MUST be fully serialized and the total number of pages stated

OR, placed in the tender box situated at the Deputy County Commissioner’s office Mbeere South to reach him/her not later than 10.00am of 19^th  January 2022.

Submitted bids shall be opened publicly at Deputy County Commissioner’s Boardroom, soon after the above stated closing date and time in the presence of the tenderers or their representative who choose to attend. Late bids will be returned/remain unopened.

Prices quoted must remain valid for a minimum period of One hundred and fifty (150) days from the opening date of the tender
