Kenya National Library Service (knls) is a State Corporation whose mandate is to promote, establish, equip, manage, maintain and develop libraries in Kenya.
Knls invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the below tender.

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained free of charge electronically from Website www.Knls.ac.ke / or www.tender.go.ke or purchased by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Kshs.1,000/=
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to tender@knls.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of Kenya Shillings 300,000.00 Only (Kshs. Three hundred thousand only) from a registered Commercial Bank in Kenya valid for 180 days beyond the Tender Validity period.
Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 11th February, 2025 at 1100Hrs. East African Time. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted
All Prices quoted should be inclusive of all costs and taxes; and must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of Tender.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date on 11th February, 2025 at 1100 Hrs. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend to the address below.
